
My wife often cooks soup with whole chicken with bone on. Carrot, onion, parsley root, and/or any other root vegetable go in without being cut in pieces. It's boiled long time, so gets totally soft anyways. I think this type of soup is from Moravia? Well, could be anywhere... I know.. Anyways, I like the soup a lot.
The other day, as the taste of the soup reminded me "Shio Ramen's soup" I put noodle (well, pasta...) into and tried home made noodles.
Result: I enjoyed and liked it even it's not really Ramen...
モラビアスタイルのスープが塩ラーメンのスープに似た感じだったんでパスタでラーメン風に食べてみた。
結果:ラーメンとは言えないけれど楽しく美味しく頂けた。
