Jogging: 102.4km (January) 一月は102.4km
I've done 102.4km in January. Mostly in Stromovka and Letna park in Prague.
As once I tried for high pace for few km (18km/h!) my knees were bit damaged. (now alright) I now know that over pacing is no good for anything.
Anyway. Seems like I could make this running activity to my good habit. Thank you to my wife who gave me FT80 (POLAR) and friends who run with me & motivating ourselves!

I'll keep up with current style and will run good in Prague International Marathon.
This Blog is pretty much about "Say it to public, so I must keep positive motivation", but ok, below is my target for the marathon.
- No walking, run whole way
- Less than 4 hours (full marathon)
- Less than 1 hour and 45 minutes (half marathon)
1月は通算で102.4km走りました。殆どはプラハのストロモフカ公園かレトナ公園。
既に完治してますが、一度普段よりかなりハイペース（18kmぐらいでトレーニング）で膝を痛めました。速く走るのはあまり良いトレーニング効果がないばかりか故障の原因となりうるとの経験となりました。
何はともあれ走るのが習慣化出来たと思います。妻がFT80をプレゼントしてくれたのと、一緒に走っている友達とモチベーションをキープしあえたのもプラス。（Thanks!）

この調子でプラハマラソン完走を目指します。このブログ自体が公言効果も兼ねてますが、下記を目標とします。
・歩かない（完走）
・4時間以内（フルマラソン）
・1時間45分以内（ハーフマラソン）

Letna, EU Flag
As Czech leads EU for half year, EU flag is in Letna. (Smells bit of Irony...)
It even lights up during the night. I found it in the other day while running through there. Now I can't tell whether this is irony or not...
チェコは今年から半年EUのリーダーなので、レトナにもEUの旗が。（皮肉ってる感じがしますが）（大統領のクラウスはEU嫌いでプラハ城には揚げてません）
先日走ってて知ったのですが、夜になると光るようです。光るとこれが皮肉なのか微妙になり良い感じです。

Prague seems to have very cold weather soon. Next Monday and Tuesday, -16C. If you live or planning to come, be careful driving. Salt doesn't work when it gets extreme cold.

Prague castle in first of Jan 元旦はプラハ城へ
1st of January, we walked to Prague Castle. It was so cold, so kids were wrapped as space man. Btw, it's probably not a typical czech custom to visit the castle in this day, but there were lots of people.
元旦にプラハ城へ行きました。とても寒かったので子供は宇宙飛行士並み包まれてます。元旦に城へ行くのはチェコの風習では無いとは思いますが、沢山人が居ました。
Czech would say zima (cold) チェコ人はZima（ズィマ＝寒いとか冬の意味）と言います。

Czech's New Year bean soup チェコの新年の豆スープ
Czech eats bean in the beginning of the year. The shape of the bean is like a coin, and it should enrich the luck of money in flow. (I might be wrong)
チェコ人は正月に豆のスープを食べます。豆の形がコインに見える事も関係しているようです。（収入の安定など）
Pork has nothing to do with the new year food.豚肉は関係ないんですが、美味しく頂きました。
